01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and milwan ("milwan", "we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the milwan website, milwan Casino, the milwan sportsbook, milwan Login functionality, and all associated services, tools, and content made available by milwan at milwan.net and any sub-domains thereof.

By completing the milwan registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply browsing the milwan platform, you are deemed to have irrevocably accepted this Agreement in full. This acceptance is legally equivalent to a handwritten signature under applicable international commercial law principles.

milwan reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting to the milwan website. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of milwan after any posted amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Eligibility Requirements

Access to milwan and participation in any real-money gaming or wagering activity on the milwan platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to open and maintain a milwan account:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. milwan enforces a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Underage gambling is illegal and morally unacceptable — milwan takes this obligation with the utmost seriousness.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online casino gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, or where milwan is legally restricted from offering its services.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Each milwan account is strictly personal and may only be used by the registered account holder themselves.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, consultant, contractor, or close family member of milwan or any of its affiliated game providers or software vendors.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from milwan or any other gambling platform in a manner that would render your participation a breach of that self-exclusion commitment.

milwan conducts identity verification via CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) for all Pakistani players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Players who are found to have provided false information during registration will have their accounts suspended immediately and any pending withdrawals cancelled pending investigation.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games and wagering services on milwan, you are required to create a milwan account via the milwan Login registration page. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a current Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) milwan account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. milwan employs automated and manual detection systems to identify multiple accounts associated with the same individual, device, IP address, household, or payment method. Where duplicate accounts are identified, milwan reserves the right to close all but the original account and void any associated bonuses or winnings.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your milwan account credentials. This includes your password, two-factor authentication codes, and any recovery information. You must not share your login details with any other person. milwan will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

• Notify milwan immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — milwan strongly recommends this as a baseline security measure for all accounts.
• Use a strong, unique password for your milwan account that is not shared with any other online service.
• Log out of your milwan account after every session, particularly when accessing the platform from shared or public devices.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

milwan processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted on the milwan platform: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, and Bitcoin. milwan reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits into your milwan account are processed in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take 1–3 business hours depending on the sending bank's processing times. Crypto deposits (USDT, Bitcoin) are confirmed upon the required number of blockchain network confirmations. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3. Once KYC is approved, JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within 1–3 business days. Crypto withdrawals are processed within 24 hours subject to blockchain network conditions. milwan may require additional verification documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds.

• Funds deposited into your milwan account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• milwan does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside milwan's control.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending completion of responsible gaming checks, compliance reviews, or fraud investigations. milwan will communicate such delays to the affected player via registered email or live chat.
• In the event a deposit is made in error, the player must contact milwan support immediately. milwan will make reasonable efforts to reverse erroneous transactions but cannot guarantee reversal in all cases.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

milwan offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to this Section 5 and any additional specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

All bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Standard wagering requirements on milwan range from 20x to 45x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise. Players should review the specific terms of each bonus before opting in.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and must not be abused. milwan actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including matched betting, arbitrage wagering, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Only one bonus may be active in your milwan account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Free spins are valid for a stated period (typically 7 days from issuance) and expire automatically if not used within that window. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated.
• milwan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Players with a bonus already active and in progress at the time of modification will not be adversely affected by that change.
• Certain games may be excluded from or contribute at reduced rates toward wagering requirement completion. Live dealer games typically contribute 10% and table games 20% unless stated otherwise. Slots generally contribute 100%.
• milwan reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and any associated winnings where fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected, even if wagering requirements have been technically met.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the milwan platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments, chargebacks, or any form of financial deception directed at milwan or its payment providers.
• Collusion: Any form of collaboration or information-sharing between players in real-money games that provides an unfair advantage, including soft-play arrangements in poker or other competitive formats.
• Cheating Software: Use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interfere with, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage over milwan's systems or other players.
• Multi-Accounting: Creation or use of more than one milwan account as outlined in Section 3.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of milwan promotional offers through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational intent.
• Money Laundering: Use of milwan to process, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of crime or illegal activity of any kind.
• Harassment: Any form of verbal, written, or behavioural harassment directed at milwan staff, live dealer personnel, or other players on the platform.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, including falsifying identity documents, age, or address details.

07 Intellectual Property

All content available on the milwan platform — including but not limited to the milwan logo, website design, game graphics, software interfaces, text, images, audio, video, and structural layouts — is the exclusive intellectual property of milwan or its licensed third-party game and content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the milwan platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any milwan content without express prior written consent from milwan.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any milwan software or game engine.
• Creating derivative works based on milwan's branding, visual identity, or game content.
• Using milwan's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of milwan's intellectual property constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable international intellectual property law.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, milwan, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the milwan platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from delayed or failed transactions due to third-party payment provider issues (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking partners).
• Any interruption of service resulting from scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond milwan's reasonable control.
• Losses attributable to your failure to maintain adequate account security as outlined in Section 3.
• Inaccuracies in displayed odds, game outcomes, or account balances resulting from system errors, provided milwan takes prompt corrective action upon discovery.

In all cases where milwan's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, milwan's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

09 Responsible Gaming

milwan is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, not a means of generating income, and never a compulsion. milwan provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered players directly from their account settings at any time.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before any increase can be applied.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a given time period. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals to stay aware of your time on the milwan platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 30, 60, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, your account is frozen and you cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your milwan account with no option for reinstatement during the exclusion period. This option is available 24/7 via account settings or through the milwan live support team.

milwan enforces the 21+ age restriction without exception. If you believe a minor has accessed or is attempting to access the milwan platform, please contact our support team immediately. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to restrict underage access to online gambling platforms.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

milwan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by milwan's compliance team.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against milwan by the player or their payment provider.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure or asset freezing.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure as provided for under Section 9.

Upon account closure, milwan will return any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) to the player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance reviews. Where fraud or misconduct is established, milwan reserves the right to withhold account balances pending the conclusion of any investigation or legal proceedings.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their milwan account may do so at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

11 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement arising from your use of the milwan platform, you should first contact milwan's customer support team via the 24/7 live chat function available on the platform. milwan's support team will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter to your satisfaction within 5 business days of the complaint being logged.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first level of support, you may escalate the matter in writing to milwan's designated complaints officer. Written escalations should be submitted via email to the address provided on the milwan Contact page. milwan commits to providing a substantive written response to all escalated complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which milwan holds its international gaming licence. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described above.

12 Amendments to These Terms

milwan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, wagering terms, or financial obligations — milwan will provide notice to registered players via email to the address associated with their milwan account no fewer than 7 calendar days prior to the amendments taking effect.

Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications of existing policy, or structural reorganisation that does not alter the substance of any provision) may take effect immediately upon posting to the milwan website without prior individual notice.

The most current version of milwan's Terms and Conditions is always available at milwan.net/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the milwan platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your milwan account before the amendment's effective date by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team as described in Section 10.
